Meet our coaches, where passion meets expertise on the gridiron. Our coaching staff is a dedicated group of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, united by a shared love for the game. From former players to seasoned mentors, each coach brings a unique perspective and skill set to our team. BRONSON LEAFA
Meet Bronson Leafa, our dedicated Director of Football Operations, whose journey in football began at Radford High School and continued through UNLV. With 13 years of coaching experience in high school football, Bronson brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. Off the field, Bronson is a proud family man, sharing his life with his wife, Mary Claire, a former two-sport athlete at Oregon State, and their daughter, Tatum Masina. Beyond football, Bronson plays a pivotal role in the Hawaii Department of Education as the Central District Maintenance Supervisor, highlighting his commitment to both the game and education.
RUSH ASING
Meet Rush Asing, our dedicated Offensive Line Coach, whose football journey began at Damien Memorial High School and continued through North Park University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. With three years of coaching experience, including one year at Saint Louis School and two years with Team Waianae, Rush brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. Off the field, Rush is a skilled Project Engineer for Nan Inc., showcasing his commitment to both football and his professional career.
LEONARD PELEAFEI
Introducing Leonard Peleafei, our dedicated Defensive Line Coach and a Combat Veteran with the US Army, serving for 8 years. Leonard's football journey began at Farrington High School and continued through San Joaquin Delta College. With three years of coaching experience in high school football, Leonard brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to our team. Off the field, Leonard is a devoted family man, sharing his life with his wife, Phoibe, who excelled in volleyball at Word of Life Academy HS and Northwest College in Wyoming, and their daughter, Meyana. In addition to his coaching role, Leonard serves as a Human Resources Specialist for the Department of Defense, showcasing his commitment to both football and his professional career.
DILLON SUNDAY
Dillon Sunday is a dedicated Defensive Line Coach with a strong educational background and extensive experience in football. He is a graduate of Radford High School and North Park University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics. Dillon's football journey includes four years of collegiate football at North Park University, providing him with a deep understanding of the game. With four years of coaching experience at the varsity high school level, Dillon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Off the field, Dillon is committed to education, serving as a teacher at Aliamanu Middle School. His passion for both football and education makes him a valuable asset to our program.
